Devil's Night Practice

Thanks to everyone that came out for the practice last night. It was great to have a full practice in order to allow for the newer kendokas to see what it is like in bogu. As we move into the last quarter of the year please be aware of the focus that was discussed last night. We need to work on being much more aggressive in our kendo in order to "take ippon" not just get it but take it away from your aite and crush them with the first ippon. This is extremely important for us to develop, along with the continuous practice of moving from our hips and using our hara to cut. All of the new people please remember to work on reigi and practice outside of the dojo. At least remember kirikaeshi, please. See you all next week. Have a great Halloween. Cheers!
