Kamata sensei visits

It was a great practice last night as we had Kamata sensei visit us again from Etobikoke. It is always great to practice with him and to learn from his extremely good kendo. The main thing to take from the practice last night is to keep going through with your hips. We also had Fukuma sensei practice with us again and hopefully he will continue to join Eastern kendo, it looks like he will. Thanks to everyone for practicing hard and giving it your all.
